home mortgage loan

hi, im getting a property of about rm350k, am now in the process of getting a housing loan..im only 20yrs old this year and earning less than 2k per month..so i ll have to apply loan by way of joining name with my mum(joint borrower).....

so im thinking of getting a loan which has the longest tenure period which is 40yrs...i understand the fact that the longer the tenure period is, the more interest i ll be paying...bt what if i opt for a flexi loan...the interest ll be daily rest and i still can settle the loan earlier when i earn more in the future right??so ll the interest really be an issue here??and by spreading the loan to a longest tenure period ll show a lower monthly commitment so it ll be easier for me to get other kinda loan for eg.car loan in the future right??

sorry if my statement is wrong..cuz im also a 1st time buyer of a property...need more advice too...thks

kindly advise me on which bank is currently offering the most attractive housing loan package...thks
