I read this article on "why 70% of IT Project fail?" from In Tech. How true is it? Does this happens in your company?

For me, yes! All it is due to the bad management. Some of them really lack of soft skills and leadership but got promoted to lead the team/company.

2. Used with PHP
3. Scheduling

Actually, i found 1 (PHPList), but still need more. Anybody can recommend 1 for me?

Data Recovery from faulty harddisk

One of my harddisk just stop functioning. My computer could detect it but it failed to display in my windows. IF worst come to worst, is there any data recovery services provided in KL? Please help!
