mini-Itx build recommendation

guys i would like to have some suggestion on a mini-itx build for daily usage, i dont game much and my usage are more on web/mobile programming which i run quite alot of application at the same time. (around 25-30 chrome tab/ 10-15 firefox tab ) apache/mysql / some sql profilling application / text editor(lots of tab too) / spotify and many folder.. budget will be around 2-2.2k with monitor

priority for the pc would be silent and dont attract too much dust and have some space for future modding/upgrade.

setup 1

CM elite110/130
amd 7850k (oc potential and can run some game if i'm in the mood) read about the price cut recently to 150 usd nnot sure when the new price will apply in msia.
ram 1866/2400 mhz 8gb i think any brand will do. ( but i tend to like ram that looks good)
mini-itx mobo ( need recommendation)
ssd is a must. 120gb will do i dont need much storage. will get another ssd in future if run out of space. no hdd needed (in mind samsung 840evo)
psu ( any modular psu at 200-250 ) corsair cx series 500W perhaps?
monitor ( either 22/23/24 inch.. not really sure whats the difference as i see price jump from 22 to 23 is quite huge)
dont think i need dvd rom as i can install windows with usb drive right ?

plan for future upgrade will be AIO water cooling for cpu ( more silent pc and less dust)
add graphic card if i find any game that i have interest to play.

setup 2

intel g3258 (oc potential and cheap )
other is about the same except need need to have a gpu budget around 300-350

future upgrade is also AIO water cooling for cpu and maybe higher end gpu if i find any game that caught my interest.

side note.. i dont play much game but i enjoy spending some time admiring new game with their nice graphic engine. (not rushing, can be upgraded in future)

question here. i'm leaning more on the apu build as it will look cleaner in the mini-itx case and quieter without graphic card (silent/less dust). if there are suggestion that can make intel build look neat and quiet then it will be perfect i guess.

2 different job offer, ayam not sure which to choose.

1. COBOL developer. 5k pay. better bonus better overall benefit, less preferred location (bukit bintang)

2. PHP developer. 4k pay. less bonus less overall benefit, slightly preferred location ( solaris dutamas )]

more interest in PHP but more experienced and skills in COBOL. so is pay vs interest. machiem mana choose ?

no working experience in PHP, deeper learning curve but more fun. COBOL will be boring working environment.

1. Provide and install 1 NO 63A cutdown fuse + 1 NO 63A Neau tul link ( at meter board) RM 120

2. Provide and install A/C point wiring with 20A DP/SW . 150 each unit . total 3 unit - RM 450

3. Provide and install signage Point with 20A DP/SW . 150 each unit . total 2 unit = RM 300

4. Provide and install 1x13A S/S/0 (LOOP ) . 80 each unit . total 21 unit = RM 1680
