First of all , not my friend is my own story,

Just would like to seek some advices , what to do and what the best way to recover .

Considering 14th floor but policy still got 10 months to go ..

In a debt of 700k ( Business Failure- construction + investment failure )

Owe family members 500k + workers 200k

No owe banks.
Unable to apply loan ( bad profile record )
No savings ( almost utilized all )
Property under developer name ( not yet fully pay unable to transfer ownership and sell )
Got a cheapskate car currently valued around 20k ( need it for future work)
No resources ( no social at all ) all alone
Commitment - 3k( insurance and rental)

Only secondary school qualifications .. experiences wise - sales 4 years , construction 10 years .

Planning to compete with youngsters in property line or any better advices ?

I would like to know if the cheque date is issued on 7 May 2012 (Monday), but i banked in the cheque on 6 May 2012(Sunday), will there be any problem? (Refer to the attachment for the CimbClicks Transaction History)

it clearly shows that the cheque is bounce, and why it charge me Rm 10 for debit advice?

please advise.

Hi Guys,

Currently i got 2 offers, which is my current co, offer me Channel Sales Executive postion. Basic Range unsure yet, but definitely will be higher than my current pay. I'm working as Brand Ambassador atm, gettng 2.1k Basic pay and incentive/commission kicks in if i achieved my target.Sales

Another offer is Sales Manager ( Dealer Sales Manager) getting 2k basic and overwriting.

Any suggestions? which one should i choose?

1st one is handle all dealers and train them

2nd one is handle my team member and train them as well.
