Found a leasehold 2 storey shoplot corner lot located at Taman Bukit dahlia pasir gudang for 1.4m. lease left 90 years old. Direct buy from developer.

Is this unit worth it for me to buy? This will be my first commercial property if I decided to proceed with it. Kind of in doubt since it's a leasehold title.

i got both deal at the same price. now need to choose which one better.

Usage
= daily ride commute from rawang to KL
= some weekend ride long distance

which one should i choose? can't have proper sleep for a few days thinking about which one to choose. have read so many reviews but still can't decide.

I bought it a week ago and only get to personal pick up at Illegear's office at Empire Damansara on the 31st Jan 2015
the first day that i went there, straight away fell in love with the unit. sleek brushed metal feel. damn nice one. decided for it because the differences in price between 15.6 and 17.3 is not much. it's better for me to go with 17.3. damn nice size also.

initially, i wanted to get me a 256gb ssd as the primary os drive and the 1tb sshd as secondary drive. after few days, they told me that mu unit cannot stack both disk drive due to insufficient space as this clevo is a slim type. then i decided to get me 2 x 128gb m.2 ssd to configure raid-0. they told me that it was not compatible with OS installation. want to buy 2 x 256 m.2 ssd is too expensive la... i die wallet explode to bits.

After a deeper thought about it, i decided to get me a 256gb m.2 ssd instead however got no stock. such a waste actually if we buy 128 because 256 is much more cheaper. plus raid-0 will get you into trouble if one of them fails. it's not going to be like you'll be running whole lot of VM too right?

after the unboxing, i forgot that my unit here does not have optical drive. use the lanun windows dvd and use win to flash on my pendrive. installed the windows on my unit through usb drive. Drivers included in the CD provided are adequate.

items concern;
1. GTX980M included drivers give windows scores of 7.3. after being updated through nvidia's website, the score went down to 5.3. however real time test with cod modern warfare 3 with highest setting does not affected

2. keyboard backlight appears to be leaking. is this normal? refer to keyboard pictures attached. if it's normal, i'm cool with it. Somebody please advise on this

3. usb 3.0 drivers given when installed fails to start. after certain experiment with the settings in device manager and several drivers downloaded from the net, everything runs smooth.

4. fingerprint scanner fails to start when installed. solve the issue with the same way as the usb 3.0 issue, all become smooth.

my unit is running really cool. no warm or heat issues at all. load the unit with heavy multitasking opening tabs of browsers, several excel books, words, powerpoint, photoshop, games, playing blu ray video all at the same time, it didn't even reach 70 degrees and everything runs smoothly. these are not even on ssd. couldn't imagine more on what it could do with 512gb ssd.

onkyo speakers plus subwoofer is totally awesome. when i say it's awesome, it really does. no distortion at all even if it runs on maximum volume.

the standard LCD that came with the unit is so freaking awesome. wondering how 4k screen will look like on this if available

Did not have the chance to do benchmark test. will update later on. if you want me to test anything else, let me know.

update as of 1st June 2015;
the Illegear backpack has badly damaged. all i carry within the backpack are laptop, power brick, 3 pieces of external hdd, hdmi cable, hdmi to vga cable, some letters, phone charger, mouse, pendrive and other small things. i was surprised that it couldn't handle all the load given.

i've replaced it with Hyper Gear Dry Pac Pro Gold 30L. really feels nice but the price is walawei MYR350. but it's worth it. with the illegear backpack, it felt like i was carrying 30kg worth of load. with the hyper gear, it felt like i'm carrying just the laptop itself. totally worth the money. waterproof some more.

illegear should consider providing laptop owners with something premium such as the Hyper Gear Dry Pac Pro Gold 30L or something such as everki beacon since the laptop price is in the premium category.

I will be riding from pasir gudang to sungai buloh on weekly basis starting on October 2014.

Tayar golek on friday afternoon from pasir gudang to sungai buloh.
Tayar golek again from sungai buloh to pasir gudang on Sunday afternoon.
Every week for two consecutive years.

Thinking for > 500cc bikes but couldn't afford it unless it is below 30k.

Kept on looking around and this 2013 ninja 250 fuel injection came across me.

Will this thing be able to handle the distance and presssure?
I will certainly ride it like a toyol on the plus highways.

Need some suggestions / opinions on this.

need some advice here la bro.

I want to make weekly trip from KL-JB and JB-KL on motorcycle starting from May to next year and who knows till when.

Can't use car because it'll be damn costing for me and memang tak ada kereta pun. hehe

Before this I use ex5 from KL to JB and KL to JB once every month. Gua tak boleh tahan la pasal sakit punggung macam kena hours of anal from 1030hrs till 1900 baru sampai KL from JB.

Should i replace the long distance journey from EX5 to LC135 or to 2013 Ninja250 or to secondhand Yamaha R6?

Willing to spend la that's why berani sebut ninja 250.

Some people told me to pick 2nd R6 instead Ninja250 because more power with more or less price.

Some also told me if use LC135 for KL-JB-KL on weekly basis, engine will probably kaput.

Some also said Ninja250 will be a good companion instead of LC for my purpose because engine lebih tahan.

Saw some ads on people selling 2nd R6 for 14k++

LC's fuel consumption is very good for MYR20 from JB to KL.

Maintenance cost needs to be consider some more.

i'm currently looking for the chance to pursue master (science or engineering etc) in health safety environment through long distance learning as my current employment doesn't let me attend weekend classes due to work schedule constraint.

still couldn't find institution that offers it.

my screen suddenly became like 3D view. i mean the words and pictures seems to be not correlating with the colour. it sickens my eyes.

i try tested it using external monitor and the views on the external monitor seems fine. this mean that it's not the software problems right?

my computer still can be used without no problems but only the display seems to malfunctioned.

any help, comment or suggestions is much appreciated.
