Dilemma in choosing job

I just graduated with an MBA, currently pursuing CFA level 2 exam. I can be considered a fresh graduate with no working experience.Currently, I'm hunting for a job preferably, research analyst.

My situation is as follows :

I just got an offer from bank A for trainee in Customer Relationship and Management on 7/2 (Thurs). They asked me to reply by 15/2.

Then, on the following day 8/2 (Fri) I received interview offer for position Business Analyst from bank B. They asked me for interview on 21/4 (Thurs)

On the same day 7/2 (Fri), I received another email from company C on Research Analyst. They asked me to do online assessment and I would be contacted if shortlisted.

From the 3 jobs, I most prefer Research Analyst. However, shall i accept the offer from bank A first while waiting for the outcomes of other interviews???

Hi, I'm Leo graduated with a engineering degree. I have interest to venture into investment sector. Now I'm finding a job as equities analyst.

Can anyone tell me which companies hire analyst? ( I have only found out Maybank, PB, iCapital...)
What does it take to be a analyst? ( I heard analysts have long-hour working time, need to read a lot of reports, doing research ...etc)
