Automotive/Car Repair Courses w/o SPM cert

Good morning,

Refer to the title above, my friend's son finished his Form 3 last year, and was working his way through the SPM (although failed almost every single subject on every single test), so his parents considered to send him for automotive course (a.k.a car repair), that doesn't needs any SPM cert or any pass in English/BM.

May I ask if there is any good suggestion for it? Most importantly the course must come with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia.

Lost Car Registration Card, Not Owner.

I will explain the situation in details below:

A few days ago, one of my friend threw the car registration card I put on my table as he thought it was a piece of junk paper.

After searching in this forum, I understand that the formal procedure is as follows:
1. Files a police report.
2. Send car to PUSPAKOM.
3. Get letters from PUSPAKOM.
4. Go JPJ re-apply for card.
5. Happy ending.

However, I am not the owner of the car. This car is under my mother's name. The car was bought at Peninsular but had been shipped to East Malaysia so I can use it. And my mother is unable to come over any time soon.

May I know what should I do in order to get back my car registration back without asking my mother to come over?

I think of a way, can anyone tell me will it work out?

1. I file a police report.
2. I send the car to PUSPAKOM.
3. I send the letters from PUSPAKOM and police report back to Peninsular.
4. My mum takes it to JPJ to re-apply for card.
5. My mum sends it back to me, or just keep at home.

Or is there any other way that I don't have to trouble her, and can get the card done by myself?

About EGJ

I heard that EGJ is like a foundation which can ensure a person to enter Japan Universities (depending on your result though). But when I tried to google it, I get Electronic Green Journal instead of what I wished to find.

I open this topic with a sole reason: to confirm whether this EGJ exists or not. If yes, then what is the requirements and where can I get relevant informations?
