Chinese character on MP3 Tag

I have few Chinese songs which the mp3 tag, or information on the properties page where in the symbol "ax:"dfdjfsh" and I would like to change it to proper Chinese word. It is easy by right clicking the file, select properties and changes the information. But this is what I experience. Every time I change the information, clicked apply and closed the window and reopen again, the character on the particular box e.g. title, will be empty.

This is what I have done which doesn't help:
1) Format my computer few times
2) Uninstall and install the east asia language pack
3) Make sure that I have tick the "extended support on advanced text"
4) Used foobar2000 and edit the information, but it display "????" on the properties page

Well, guess Volvo 740GLE doesn't fit in this "Fast and Furious" Category, but I need help cause this weekend I need it for long distant use.

Basically the Volvo engine's rpm will go under 1k, but currently it is just below 500, and not stable, increase and decrease. Few days back the spark plug was change to a new set but it just help a bit. Currently the problem still come back.

So how serious is the problem? It is a manual car, so while driving, and when you stop, even thought you press your clutch to full, the engine will stop. Imagine driving at a junction and it stopped.

Please help.

[Help] Problem with NFS Carbon

Oh well, if can't fix this I may miss the fun of NFS Carbon. Here's how's the problem go:

As usual the carbon is install and crack. It should be ready to work. But when I launch the carbon, it will go into a blank screen for awhile and the next thing it will come out was a blue screen saying that there's error on the file (ati3duag.dll). Then it will restarts the computer.

I tried various solution. At first I thought it was the driver problem, so I reinstall it. It doesn't work. I even formatted the whole system and tried again. Same case happened. But once I remove my X1300 and let it run on my boards integrated x200 card, it can load the game. Why!!

(Out of this topic: I found out that when I install the driver, mention on the ATI website saying that it is the newest driver for x1300, once i install it, after the windows boot screen, my monitor will go into standy mode, why?)

My friend send me his computers asking me to help him with this matter. So this is how,

Situation:
Comp 1(My friend's)
Comp 2(Mine)

I tried to use comp 1 to load Windows but it return with an error message "error loading operating system". Well, I tried to format it but until the "system inspecting hardware things" it just stopped there. I take out the comp 1 HDD which is a 80GB SATA and plug it in to comp 2. Started it but the 80GB SATA was not detected.

I use another HDD, which is a 20GB IDE and plug into comp 1, install a fresh copy of Windows and it works nicely.

So what's the conclusion can be made?

Hi all, I'm looking for help in this. I posted it in the Support Catergory but sadly, there's I can't get any solution. Since my current problem related to Apple, I wonder maybe you'll can help me here.

As everyone knows, the wireless password for Windows to get in is, or should I say universal WEP stuff:
40bit security - 5 or 13 characters
128bit security - 10 or 26 characters

I face this problem when I wanted to get into wireless network created by Airport Express using my Windows computers. For Airport Express and Mac computers, they support various length of password regardless what the level of security is. So, for example, if the wireless network password (Airport Express) is set to 9 characters, no Windows can get into the network.

Here's I would like to ask for help, to hunt for a solution to this, maybe a software or something which enable me to access the "Apple" wireless network using my Windows system.
