Canon CS Falsely Voided My Warranty

Hi,

It's have been a long time I didn't login to this happening forum.
I really would like to seek for solution and guidance on what should I do with this matter from all experienced people here.

In this year (I can't remember exactly when) I bought a new Canon Printer B3000 around almost RM700.
On July, suddenly the printer cannot print blank ink properly. The words printed kinda blurry, I tried to do the cleaning, deep cleaning etc which eats a lot of ink.

Then lastly it showing error code B500 which unable to print anything on it. I did some research on the error code, and its related to the ink tank is full, and something like an absorber needed to replace (I was like wtf?).

I gave up at last and send it to the shop where I bought the printer. At this time, I remember correctly that the black ink level is in HALF. The store owner told me that the printer is still under warranty and they will make a report about it and send to Canon Customer Service at Penang.

Around 2 weeks later, the Shop owner called me and told me that the printer is already repaired. I asked that guy what has been repaired with my printer, she said that the Print Head is replaced with the new one. I notice that the black ink level is FULL. (Weird huh?). I feel so stupid at this moment because I didn't ask for a report details from Canon Customer Service for my printer.

I took the printer back home but didn't test it because I thought everything already repaired just like what she said, and at that time I borrowed and used my brother-in-law printer which I bought the ink for it and planning to switch back to my own printer till the ink of that printer runs out.

After two weeks, I try to print using my own printer and the same old problem happens. I did everything same like before,
maintenance, etc and lastly error code B500 appear. I really angry this time.

I sent back the printer to the shop, and the shop owner said that she will make a complaint to the customer service.
(This is where the DRAMA started!).

On 14 Sept, the shop owner called me and ask me to come to the shop to discuss about my printer problem.
I came to the shop, then she showed me the report from Canon Customer Service.

On the report show that my warranty is voided because I'm using 3RD PARTY ink, and to be able to repair the printer I need to pay RM250 for new Absorber, Print Head, and service charge. She said she put my printer on hold and didn't take it back from Canon CS cuz she said she is trying to fight with the case and help me with it.

I snap a picture of the report, and when I back home I looked back at the picturer and the date of the report is 26 JULY which made me think why she didn't show me this report at first and lied to by saying that my printer is already repaired before? Whe she didn't tell me the actual problem??

Ok now, talking about the ink. I bought this printer before and it provided a free 2 bottles of black ink inside the printer box. I never put any other ink to this printer tank, I just used the FREE original black ink from the box.

This is really a false accusation from Canon CS which denied my warranty cover.

My question here:

1. What should I do now? Why the shop owner didn't show the report at first?

2. Is anyone experiencing similar situation like this.

2. Where should I report this case? I don't have any experience with this, some said SKMM, Tribunal, Persatuan Pengguna.confusedo confuse.

from wat i read, y570 use weaker version of gt555,
then how bout n55sf and ge620dx?
which one using B1 version?

Heard that lenovo built more quality then asus..
some of my friend said that asus used cheap material on da outside..
but asus give more performance and 2 years warranty..

to watch movie with nice screen,
