RM4 SMS spam

I just switch to celcom 3g prepaid sim card after I lost my phone. After a few days I received a sms stated Rm4. In the beginning I didn't bother about it until the second RM4 sms and I check my credit deduct by RM4 and now the third time already . so i lost RM12 in less in 2 weeks for this stupid sms. Today I went to celcom branch and ask if they can block the sms or not, unfortunately the said they can't and just send a complain to HQ and ask me to wait for 3 days for their response. So is anyone out there experience the same?

Why celcom allow this to happen? shouldn't they is the one who has the control in credit deduction and they can't do anything about it? Is this a new white colar crime?

need help using rivatuner

i'm using inno3d 6600 vanilla running at core/mem 300/500. To oc this gc i'm using the latest rivatuner but it seem that i cannot push above core/mem 450/570 due to rivatuner limitation. I'm been do some reseach and found there are a way to exceed this limitation by adjusting setting in power user setting but dunno how.

so anybody here that can help me . thanks
