Chuck Norris' fighting arts

Chun Kuk Do
Main article: Chun Kuk Do

Norris created the martial art Chun Kuk Do, which is based primarily on Tang Soo Do and includes elements from every combat style he knows. Like many other martial arts, Chun Kuk Do includes a code of honor and rules to live by. These rules are from Chuck Norris's personal code. They are:

I will develop myself to the maximum of my potential in all ways.
I will forget the mistakes of the past and press on to greater achievements.
I will continually work at developing love, happiness and loyalty in my family.
I will look for the good in all people and make them feel worthwhile.
If I have nothing good to say about a person, I will say nothing.
I will always be as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.
I will maintain an attitude of open-mindedness.
I will maintain respect for those in authority and demonstrate this respect at all times.
I will always remain loyal to God, my country, family and my friends.
I will remain highly goal-oriented throughout my life because that positive attitude helps my family, my country and myself.

From wiki, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Norris

Chuck Norris is so imba..

My friend which has been appointed our class treasurer took 3 hours to type this brix-shitting memo, can anyone help me make a motivational pic out of it? =p

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Rules and Regulation on Class Fund

A. Payment Regulation
1.	When money is collected, you are expected to sign the “Acknowledgment of Money Received” sheet under the supervision of the class treasurer. Failure to do so will result in your payment not being accounted for and hence the class treasurer shall bear no responsibility for the unaccounted payment
2.	Reminders for the next payment shall be made through Short Messaging Service (SMS), email, online notification or class announcement. In the event payment is required to be made within the next day, credit term that does not comply with the Credit Regulation will be allowed under the discretion of the class treasurer. No minimum period is allocated for the reminders of next payment to be issued prior to the date of payment due to volatile usage of class fund
3.	When the reminder for the next payment is issued, the amount stated will include any existing amount on credit term plus RM50 float. This will result in advance cash payment which would be accounted for. RM 50 float under normal circumstances will result in an individual’s account having at least RM 50 balance. The purpose of this RM50 float is for the anticipation on unexpected usage of class fund within a very short period of time where collection of payment may be not possible. An account with a debit balance exceeding RM50 is permissible and will be accounted for
4.	In the event any payment reminder is not received, any viewing of account balance with the signature of acknowledgment as proof shall act as sufficient payment reminder. Failure to heed any reminder will result in the individual being subjected to disciplinary action as governed by the rules and regulations

B. Credit Regulation
1.	Any individual is only allowed to have a maximum credit of RM 50 in their account which much be cleared within a week. Failure to do so will result in halting of any project involving the use of class fund (e.g. Photostat) for the particular individual until the individual clear his/her credit balance plus fully paying up his/her share in the current project.
2.	Any credit balance less than RM 50 must be cleared within two weeks from the date of issuance of payment reminder or notification of account balance.
3.	All the regulations above are applicable to both local and international students. However under unusual circumstances for international students only, the class treasurer has the authority to override the credit regulations but shall keep a record of valid reason(s) in an official book and shall bear full responsibility of his/her discretionary decision(s)

C.Miscellaneous
1.	On the last week of every month or the last week of semester (where the semester does not end on the last week of the month), every contributor will be required to view their account balance and to make any necessary payment if there is credit balance in account and to sign on the official book as a form of acknowledgment that they consented to the accounted amount in their individual account. However if anyone wish to view their account balance and past transactions, they may do so at the discretion of the class treasurer and is required to sign on the official book as a sign of acknowledgment.
2.	The “official book” mentioned shall be a book where various financial data and information of the class fund received and utilized is recorded , tabulated and analyzed as well as for purposes mentioned in clauses B(3) and C(1)
3.	“Contributor” as mentioned throughout this official document is defined as any individual who contribute to the class fund
4.	All transaction activities are recorded in the class ledger containing personalized details of individual account.
5.	In the event of any dispute, documents containing signature of contributor shall be used as valid evidence for the settlement of dispute. Henceforth while all care is taken by the class treasurer to ensure no tampering of official document, contributors are advised to thoroughly scrutinize any official document while making payments and to take note of any irregularity.
6.	“Project” is the term used to describe any activity involving the whole class or a group of people in the class.
7.	Access to personalized detail in class fund information shall only be limited to relevant individual. Full accesses to all personalized details are only granted to the class treasurer and lecturers teaching the class with purpose of solving any arising dispute or backlog. General details (e.g. total amount and etc) are completely accessible by anyone.
8.	In the event due to the lack of satisfaction in class fund being managed, the class with majority consent reserves the right to re-elect another class treasurer through a simple balloting process.
9.	Any irregularity alleged to be due to the mismanagement of class fund, any individual may report to any form of college authority deemed appropriate including lecturer for action to be taken against the class treasurer or to subject the class treasurer to clause C(8)
10.	A class directory containing contact details shall be used as supportive function. Hence any change in contact detail would require the relevant individual to inform the class treasurer for updating purpose. Payment reminder shall be issued using contact details in the class directory

D. Additional item indirectly related to class fund
1. Any indecision shall not be entertained at the end of the day (8.00p.m)
2.	In the event an individual wish to Photostat but not collectively as the whole class or a group, Photostatting task may proceed at the discretion of the person in charge including the class treasurer but any additional cost incurred shall be borne by the individual
3.	The RM 0.05 per page condition can only proceed if the Photostatting project has total pages exceeding 1000 pages. Anything less than 1000 pages, additional cost shall be charged accordingly.
4.	Receipts from service provider(s) stating the total cost of each Photostatting project / task shall be kept in the official book (refer to clause C (2)) to maintain transparency.

Disclaimer:
All regulation stated above are published as at 8th October 2009. The author of the above regulation reserve the right to amend the regulation above if the need arises with the consent of the majority of the class. Anyone who refuses to comply to any of the regulation above after majority consensus has been achieved shall not subject himself to the above regulations but the person given the authority as governed by the above regulation (e.g. class treasurer and etc) shall not be responsible to cater to the need of the individual on a formal basis.
