hi,

I'm eyeing to get xmax 250, still doing some research thus asking here. I love the look and the aftermarket styling accessories. Other than that, I wonder how's it perform for daily commute 50-70km daily commute, town and highway mixed. So I want to ask here if anyone know the maintenance cost, common xmax problem (if any), comfort how, and etc.

I only test duduk kejap2 aja in showroom, so no idea if daily ride how's the feel. Is it comparable with nmax 155?

Hi. Im planning to build new rig. Mainly for gaming. 1080p 144hz. My wishlist are like below. Pls gib comments, is it overkill or what not....and yes especially on the gpu section.

Casing : Corsair 275r airflow (I'm very particular about air flow casing. My home no aircond. I chose this cuz it's come with 2x120mm intake and 1x120mm exhaust. Saw the review, performance about same par with Phanteks P400A)

Cpu : ryzen 5 3600 (cuz I wan good and reliable mid range cpu)

Mobo : asroxk B450M PRO4 (I don't mind rgb on main board, not planning to OC too)

PSU : Corsair 750w RM750 80+ gold full modular. i prefer to not cut corner in this dept. Prefer quality, efficiency and long warranty for PSU. Also, to give a headroom should i wan to upgrade GPU.

RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR 3200mhz (I don't mind the rgb, i think this ok dy?)

AIO : Corsair hydro series h100I rgb platinum 240mm (although I won't OC my cpu but i prefer my cpu to run cool. Reliability, quality and warranty is important in this dept.

Gpu : My budget for gpu around 1.5k-1.8k. prefer brand new cuz i afraid kena scam, rma unit or buy miner gpu if buy 2nd hand. So for now, my pick is MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming X 8GB DDR6 quoted at RM1505, new unit.

Now this, or should I wait for rtx 3060ti/3060 super? I rly dilemma this one, some even told me to wait a bit until 3060s launch, so i can buy 2060 super cheaper. Some even said, if I wait oso no use, rtx 3060ti/super need to standby rm2.5k oso. Thus 2060 super price wont come down too.

Storage OS : XPG 256gb SX8200 PRO NVME m.2 ssd (guess this good enough for bootdrive)

Storage 2: crucial mx500 ssd m.2 sata 1tb (use back my old ssd, this one free)

Total : around rm4.7k

So I got brand new nissan almera, 2 weeks old. Thinking whether want to do coating or not. For a new car, is it recommended to put coating? This car my wife yang pandu. Car parked outside no cover cuz her office area shoplot car park area oni.

Got one shop nearby my hse here, Ceramic coating Miyaki 9H, can last 1 year he said. Total rm449 to do whole car including all windscreen.

Is it worth it?

Currently ayam suckscribe to 30mbps, rm89 per month. Contract gonna end in a couple of months.

Then jez now got maxis telemarketer call me (03-58916300). She want offer promotion to upgrade to 100mbps, rm129. Other benefits should I agree to this are :-

1) rm40 off rebate for 12mth (meaning I jez need to pay same amount rm89, until Aug 2021.

2) no contract. After Aug 2021, future bills will charge me rm129.

Dis one true ah? Any /k got such same promo?

Puspakom related problem

So i own this myvi 1.3 year 2007. Bought this 2nd hand on last 31/07/2017. Im a 2nd owner. Bought from used car dealer, bought cash, all transaction and ownership process went smooth and managed to get my name on the new VoC.

Recently, i sold this car on 14/08/2020. In my ads, i even said im 2nd owner, last time 1st owner got claim insurance accident, no spare keys, and radio no longer works.

The seller acknowledge all the information and agreed to buy. He paid cash, take the car and my VoC on 14/08/2020.

Todei (17/08/2020), the buyer call me. He said he found something wrong with my car chasis and tell me he afraid puspakom inspection gagal, hence tak boleh tukar nama lor.

Today (17/08/2020), me and the buyer managed to book a slot with puspakom glenmarie around 3pm. Both of us wanna see the official results from puspakom inspection.

If puspakom LULUS, then the buyer keep the car and proceed to JPJ untuk tukar nama.

If puspakom GAGAL, buyer will return the car, key and VoC. Of course i will have to give him back the money.

So /k, my question

#1 Lett say if puspakom results GAGAL, how come i managed to buy and tukar ownership to my name on last 2017…?? Fyi, since i bought this car, I never involved in any road accident and never made any claimed.

#2 let say is puspakom results GAGAL, other than police report, to wjom should i address my complain to?

#3 Got case like this happen meh?
