Diverted call

Wanna to ask you guys, if your boss calls diverted to your personal phone especially is his P&C matte, what would you react. The calls from his gf was made on last sat and diverted to me without my notice and i have made no reaction (forward) because its his P&C matter. Later on, he called and scolded me why the so called important (gf calls) never tell or sms him. I told him today is sat. Today i got a warning letter due to this accidence and he wrote than i have fail to complete my task..

Have you guys heard such ridiculous matter???
