couldnt access certain sites n damn slow!

Modem : Dlink G604T
Explorer: Opera 9.2

Registered this package early march but use it at mscapped speed of 512 for a month. It took me that long to un-miscapped it.

So April was a nice month where i got what i paid for. Until early may, with this throttled thing ive heard n new package of 4MB,.... my service got even worse. international surfing n DL is nearly dead. i couldnt even access microsoft n autodesk sites. local sites seems to no probs at all.

i thought it was throttled to whom using BT or any P2P, I hardly use P2P, but why i got throttled!!?.

from my modem information, everything seems to be ok.

ive been thinking to call th TMnuts. but i believe they would deny ive been throttled.
so ive got to be more tech savvy on this, but i think im not.... yet.

So, any idea whats happening or shoould i do?...

i saw this kymco bikes at KJ's giant, then i surf up. no local websites from this company. its a taiwan company. anybody know or have experience about this bikes?

i like the venox, but its around RM18k.

Do u guys know how to remove a network workgroup?..

There is about six computer networked.. some of it is in a wrong workgroup. i've fix it already.

but now, how do i remove the other workgroup im not using?.
