advise on the lawyer fees

Hi Sifus,

I wanted to purchase a condo, and the owner are interested to sell it too but the there is a lock-in period of the loan until next year January 2015.

In this case, my agent suggested that we can get the loan approval first and signed the SPA now(August2014) between me and the owner, and then the TRANSFER TITLE PROCESS only start from January2015 until March2015.
So between this September until December2014, i will rent the condo first while waiting for the transfer process take place on January2015.

I just curious is this procedure can be done? All sifu please advice.

i'm going to pass 3% deposits to the agent, my question is whether we will sign the letter of offer in lawyer office or just sign it in front of the agent?
