Disconnect issues

Hi guys, anyone here from johor (specifically kulai) have connection problem?
I just moved here around the start of season 4 and subscribed to 1mb streamyx (the best available at my location sadly) and got this weird disconnect problem that never happened at my previous home (streamyx too).

Its like a permanent lag that never recover without any error message but the in game chat still works and i would have to leave the game and create a new game. Its not severe at first (manage to complete season 4 journey) but since December 2015 i can never complete a single rift, disconnect every game after a few minutes/seconds.

If no one is having this issue i'm going to submit a complaint to my local tm center. Looks like no more diablo for me.
