Which tablet device good for illustration?

I'm looking to buy a tablet since I want to draw on the move. More mobility since I constantly have art commission (not much but enough to feed my family)and I also planning to sell artwork online and working with social media marketing for my artwork, I already have PC and old wacom Graphire (I already tested Wacom intuos but not really like to use it), but the problem is I am not always with my PC so I'm thinking of buying a portable device for my work.

No, I don't plan to buy wacom cintiq or any wacom alternative. What I need is portable device to work on my digital illustration.

Most work done either adobe illustrator (anything with vector illustration) and clip studio paint, sometime Photoshop.

My choice so far is
-Apple iPad Pro
-Samsung Galaxy Tab A
-Microsoft Surface Pro
-any device suggestion?

I would like to ask which is better for the long run?

In case you might want to know about my usage and workflow:
1. I only can use the PC during night since I am busy with house chores during daylight (I am a housewife with 4 children), can't afford to work near them playing around while on the PC.
2. I also have tendency to leave my work unattended so autosave feature is a must.
3. Internet is a must (for google image and email and stuff)
4. keeping the artwork on the device for easy access (but always synch backup with dropbox). A storage accessories might be added to purchase.
5. Sometimes my illustration files have bigger memory use on pc so I need the device to be less heat during work. (to keep longer lifespan of the device, can't afford to buy new everytime right? )
6. Always going out to attend some business.
7. I always taking photo for my future reference. (You can say I like hoarding images of scenery) . Not really care about camera spec but enough to have details about the subject taken.

My budget is not more than 4-5k include some accessories (storage, etc)

my friend's children motorbike got held by custom

hi,

my friend bought one unit of children's motorbike for his son in china (he went on vacation and bought the item there) recently only ended up held by custom at the airport!

the custom staff said this need AP for releasing this kind of stuff as this fall under motor category. they still fight for this.

is there any way to release this without applying for AP? any suggestion?

**He bought this for his son not for business for god sake!

external HDD after power surge

Last night my friends borrow my external hdd without my consent (just to copy that damn 'blues'!!) and plug into another usb laptop and switching back and forth, and accidently had power surge, and now my computer hardly read any partition or unallocate inside it.

I tried change the casing (wondering if got only short circuit inside the PCB), it just detect new hardware and said it finished installing new hardware but nothing happen in My Computer and got crash when I try access using Acronis Recovery.

I trying access it in another computer and still making beeping like mechanical sound.

Is there any way to recover my precious photo inside there?

If there is no way, then how much will the company that provide recovering data service costs?

My hdd is Western Digital 40GB 2.5" laptop type.

soon, I will buy a notebook for heavy websurfing, a little photo editing, audio entertainment (listen to mp3 a lot), watch anime n movie dvd, and I play Sims 2 game a lot,.. I also had a habit for letting few program running in background (such as music, download) at the same time..

which compaq or hp notebook is good for me? since I dont trust acer service, I only have an option for hp-compaq service here in kk...(sorry no offence, but got some bad experience on acer service)

would you guys help me ?? pleasee....
