Shinjiru Suspended my VPS without any warning?

Got my VPS suspended without any early warning.
they said my VPS has caused network congestion to their DC.
I've received the email about 20minutes ago and right away they suspended my vps.
How can I check the vps if it totally suspended.
Talk with their live support said it can only be release after 24hours. That sure a lot of time since I got many of my live site running there.
At least give me some time to check what and which site that cause the issue.
I've using them nearly 2 years (others vps acc) and this is the 1st time they had such harsh action.

Withdraw Paypal to Maybank only 3 days?

Today me just got my 1st payment from Paypal to my Maybank

and it only 3 days from the time I request withdrawal, much faster than Visa which is 5 days :

much of the step on how to add local bank acc. and withdrawal process :

1) Login to your paypal

2) Clik on My Account > Profile > Add/Edit Bank Account.

3) Click the Add button.

4) Fill in the form with your bank account details :

5) Click continue to complete the process.

6) If everything fine, you should be able to see your bank account in bank account list page.

7) Now to withdraw, go to My Account > Withdraw

8) On option section, click the "Withdraw to your bank account" link.

9) Enter the amount to withdraw and choose your bank account from the drop-down list, and continue.

10) when the withdraw request process success, you should be able to see the summary page with the rate conversion and transaction ID :

11) do check on your local bank account few days later. the amount you received should be the same as stated on paypal withdrawal summary :

Very easy, take less then 5 minutes to add bank acc to paypal and process the withdrawal request.
no need to verify anything, wait until few days(in my case 3 days) and the fund will be available at your local bank

Its been a while since my login to .my domain controller/panel. Previously I had use the old mynic.my domain/controller to change nameserver/contact ect.

but I never login to their new domain cpnael site = domainregistry.my,
and yesterday when I try to login using user/pass, they ask "contact code".
anyone one here know where to find this 'contact code'? because with old site they never ask about them.
I did ask exabytes support but they just give me the faq page, duh..rm120/year domain not cheap leh, but why the support so cheap. I got 4 .my with them and they just give me a link without much help. very disappointed with them.

what happen to mynic registration page?

Normal Speed between US and Local datacenter?

Does anyone here know the average/standard speed between US and local datacenter(local hosting server)?

because I did a direct download from US server to local server (via local VPS provider) and I got an average 30-50KB/s only.
that's the same speed for 512kpbs home BB line..or my hosting provider does have cap/limit the speed on server side?
