Buying laptop from Razer Online Store Singapore

Hi Guys,

Need your advice. I'm planning to buy a Razer Blade Stealth from the Singapore Razer online store. Im still deciding whether to ship it to Singapore and have a friend bring it over when he's back to Malaysia, or directly ship to Malaysia. If i ship the device to Malaysia,

1. Will the laptop be held at customs?
2. Do i need to pay any import tax or GST?

I'm looking for a contractor to paint the interior of my condo unit in Kelana Jaya on the 13th and 14th of September. Size of the unit is 1260 sq feet. Anyone have any reliable contractors to recommend? how much will it cost?
