Primary School Registration - Need Help

Hi All, need your advice here. My daughter was born in 2009, and need to do her registration for Primary School Standard 1 (Class 2016). Being a first time parent, me n my wife are really lost n worry about the primary school registration for our child. We are staying in Ipoh, Perak.

Can any parents here give me some guidance on the latest registration procedure?

I read some forum posting said the registration process starts at March onwards, but some of my friends said the registration is open for the whole year. I'm really confuse.

Can I register more than 1 school at once, just in case my kid doesn't get at my preferred school ?

What documents should I bring for the registration process?

How do I get to know the application result?

Hope you guys can give us some advice n guidance, and thank you in advance.

Amplifier

Hello Sifus & Taugehs,

My drive is a saga lmst, with normal battery and alternator. My current set up is my HU plus a pair of component speakers. So I decided to add an amplifier to juice up my system abit.

My question is : will adding one amplifier need to upgrade my battery and alternator? I don't intend to add any subwoofer in future. I read that some people need to upgrade their alternator and battery to supply more current to the amplifier, is it necessary if I only add one 2 channel amp to my car?

Please give me some advice.

Custom Made Sub-woofer

I have a crazy idea here....Im thinking of custom make a subwoofer box, to a size of an active sub. Is there anyone out there doing this?? I need a proper sub, but with the size more or less like an active-sub.

Anyone have any idea, please share with me and any advice are most welcome.

Install Amplifier

Hi guys...I plan to upgrade my ICE by adding an amplifier. I've been searching around the ICE shops, all of them suggest that I need to re-do the whole system's wiring. For your info, I am currently using the original wiring, a normal CD player and 2 pairs of speakers (front + back).

My question is: Do I really need to re-do the wiring?? Coz the process may take very long hours, and also need to take out the car seats and pull out the carpet etc..

Can I use back my original wiring?

water leaking in from door panel

Speaker Got "Pecah" sound

Recently i discover when i put my player volume a bit high, one of my rear 4-way speakers got "pecah" sound, especially when i played heavy bass rock music. The sound is like "poook poook" . . .

can anyone let me know whether this is because of speaker failure or HU problem?

for your info, there is some scratch marks on the speaker due to heat under the sun, i guess...

sifu pls advice...

Saga LMST

Recently I discover that my saga LMST's floor carpet at driver's side is wet !!

I roughly checked under the dashboard, but did not see any water dripping in, but how come the carpet get wet??

Any LMST owner face this problem? Pls share ur knowledge with me...

Kancil's temperature problem

My 5 years old kancil's temperature will increase to the "red zone" of the temperature gauge whenever i off my air-cond while driving.

Now the problem goes even worst, whenever my car stop at traffic lights, the temperature will increase also, just that not too hot la...

I really need some advice and opinion from u people here, pls help..

Effects of Rims & Tyres Sizes

hi, im a saga lmst owner. i would like to change my tyres soon, so im thinking of upgrading my rims as well. my stock tyres & rims are 13inch.

so i would like to know what are the effects of the rims & tyre sizes to a car's handling, cornering, fuel consumptions, etc etc...

Need Advice On Saga LMST ICE setup

hello guys, im a saga lmst owner with the following audio setup:

1. JVC mp3/wma HU
2. A pair of 6" x 9" 4-way speaker behind back-passenger seats
3. Soundstream tweeter on the left and right side of front dash board

Im happy with the system when playing techno and club musics. But my system seriously lack of "sound-stage" when playing sentimental songs.

Should i change my 6x9 speakers to better speakers, or should i add an amp??

I intended to add a pair speakers at the front door, but since my door panel is made of fiber-plastic, the acc. shop owner suggest i place them under the front-dashboard, will that make any difference in creating a good soundstage?

I have a budget around RM 400 for upgrade, so I need you guys advice.
