As the title says, I got a letter from UOB saying that my loan installment will be increased arising from changes to the BLR at this trying time.

I thought BNM decreased BLR at the end of January ?

How is that possible ?

Hello there

The tenant didn't pay rental for 2 months already and only got 2 months rental deposit with me
Also, the contract will be expiring after next month
There will be no deposit left by end of this month
Call tenant but no pick up
Message him but no reply
Call his office, office says he is still working but still no reply from him

What should I do ? Please advise...
Cut electricity and water ?
Put a lock at the front grill door ?
Or is there any other way ?
