EPF Withdrawal for Housing Loan Reduction

Hi all,

Need help here. Just went to EPF office today to do the withdrawal for housing loan reduction. I've applied the monthly installment withdrawal but realised that monthly installment wont help much in reducing the interest. Didnt think thoroughly beforehand. Is it still possible for me to change the withdrawal to one lump sum payment into my loan account?

Thanks in advance for any kind advises.

How to check TNB usage for Condo?

Hi,

Had rented out my condo for more than 2 years but i have not checked on my electric bills so far. TNB used to sms the usage charges and overdue payment but i don't seem to get it now for the last couple of months. Would like to seek for some advises here if there's any way to check the current bill and usage via online perhaps?

Would appreciate much on all the advises, thanks so much.
