phone garmin sufficient?

i am going to buy a new car soon...
and i would like to have a GPS since i m not familiar with kl road..

phone GPS (garmin) is sufficient?? load map fast??

or better to buy a car GPS..

low budjet (rm500)
if buying new phone, will be getting nokia 5230...

or should use the rm500 buy a GPS le??
what brand of GPS more reliable??

Weeks ago, i sent my dekstop for repairing at cycom..
after starting my comp for a while, auto shut down..
i think something wrong with my processor/heatsink/PSU..

i ask them to check these 3 parts, cause 1 of leg for my heatsink bend, 1more patah, the cooling effect might be affected..
heatsink might cause the processor to burn...

after checking, they told me that my processor rosak, need a new 1,
my mobo is a older version, so i need change my mobo also if i m changing my processor..

i would like to go for a AMD processor (athlon IIx2 250), and ask for suitable mobo,
they keep introduce me those vy expensive mobo, AM3 [RM350++]
and i ask them whether some cheaper model such as M4N78 SE can suit the processor or not, they say cant.. [after checking from internet, confirm can]
I doubt this is the noobness of the technician or this is the way for selling item..
i decided to take home my dekstop due to insufficient of cash

days later, i sent my dekstop to my sibling, [to get a cheaper repairing price]
he help me double check my desktop..
he found out that my desktop’s problem only loose of heatsink and insufficient thermal compound of it..

WTF... things can be settle in less than rm100 [new heatsink - TX2 ]
while i need few hundred [ processor +mobo] at cycom..

Fxxk tht.....
CYCOM is trying to scam me as a NOOB or their technician dunno how to check..
