Unifi Installation Damage Outdoor Lightning Wire

Anybody got experience during Unifi Installation, when they drill the hole to pull cable. When they left only found the outdoor light is not switch on. Ask electrician check, they suspect is during hole hacking damage the wires. This case will Unifi help me to do back ?

Receive so many 011 call in and repeat the same thing. Robot voice with unclear message. Call back is not in service or not connect. Anybody face before ?

Digi Roaming Charge

This month i went for Singapore about 3 days 2 night. Since i went for Singapore i use their Singtel tourist sim card, i keep my digi sim card in my bag until i went back malaysia. When i receive the bill, the bill show that i was roaming when i not even insert the sim card. Is this even possible ? All the roaming are 1s 2s call.

Already escalate this case to digi and wait for reply.

IPAD 2 Lock Screen

Recently my ipad 2 suddenly cant lock screen whenever i press the power button or using assistive touch. But when i long press the power button, i can shut down my ipad no problem. Taking screenshot also not a issue. After discovering from the internet, i found out that i can lock my screen again by switch off the cover lock. Anybody face this issue before ? is this software problem ?

Note: I try reset everything and the result is still the same
