Last Sunday , I take my faulty printer to LY Viewnet to send warranty. But they say printer have to send it by ourself. So far i have never meet this situation before..I come as far from Ipoh and they say i cannot send printer for them to warranty other than Canon service centre?
I ask other Ipoh computer shop selling printer,they say can help me to send back printer for warranty if i buy printer from them..
I'm so regret to buy it from Viewnet..with a poor service centre they have..and they also charge me RM20 for courier service to canon service centre...
I'm hope next time they will put notice inside the cash bill stated NO Warranty will serve for printer purchase other than send back to original manufacturer...Viewnet is just well known other than bad service they giving to me...
