Activation Iphone

Here the story:

My brother bought iphone 4s with one of his friends. Then, he want to reset all the previous owner content by using "erase all content and setting" in general setting. Unfortunately by using that function the phone will reboot like new phone and ask for the email that have been used to activated the phone.

Problem is, he does not know the email, the person he bought from also dont know the email because that guy also bought it 2nd hand. Let assume the email/original owner could not be reach, is there any other method for my brother to settle this problem?

Would go to apple center can settle this problem?

Without the email the phone stuck at activation screen.

Extra info:
No backup available to restore.
Already on the latest firmware it can update.
No resit or whatsoever invoice on purchase.

Sry for bad english.

Please help me or else the phone is wasted and could not be used at all.

Hi, im helping friend upgrade pc.

I need recommendation on :

CPU - Preferred Intel
MOBO
GPU - Preferred Nvidia
RAM - 4GB/8GB
PSU
HD - 1 Tera

Budget 2.5k Max.

He want a new rig that can play MAX setting on badass game like Battlefield 3 and other FPS game.

Your suggestion is much appreciated

I need help from all sifu2 here. Im helping my friend building a new gaming rig.

Preferable :

Intel CPU [i5/i7 specs]
Nvidia GTX 560 TI
Monitor 20" LED.
All other peripheral excluding casing.
Support USB 3.0.

Use for :
Mostly gaming [Battlefield, MW3, Heavy Tank, Skyrim, Online Game like TF2 and so on.]
Also design like adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator and some programming stuff like c++, java and VB.

Note :
Will not overclock since my friend dont know how to OC.
MAX BUDGET can spend is 2.4k.

Hope sifu2 like TristanX and others can come and give some opinion on what to spend.

Build Budget Rig For Friend

Hi guys im helping friends to build new rig with a tight budget around 1k~1.2k.

He already have mouse , k/b , speaker , monitor.

Using for work stuff and surfing.

Game he play :
-fb game
-cs
-dota
-Dragon Nest.

He prefer intel setup like i3 or i5 IF can.
