Hi guys, I'm 24 now and I'm planning to buy my first home on next year around March - June.
I've surveyed some area, new development and subsales on iProperty and some other property listing website. But the result returned and the choices I have is quite little due to to my monthly affordability.

I'm looking for a new home in Klang Valley, and the monthly instalment I'm able to commit is around RM1000-RM1500 per month. Currently I had a car thay paying RM600/months, and had 2 credit card, no outstanding.

Basic salary RM2700, total income would be around RM3500 with fixed allowance and commission.

Try to avoid Flat, prefer apartment with covered carpark, or condominium.

Hence, any recommendation for me? And also thinking whether to take MBSB's first home scheme.

Hi guys, after quit from ICE for some times, FINALLY I can't hold my self back any more longer and I got my self two set of new amp for "dusted" previous setup.

After some survey in quite a number of accessories shop in Cheras/Ampang area, I found a car audio shop in Pandan Indah, Ampang. Their service does surprised me, very boss and staffs approached me automatically once i step into their shop and of course, they started to poison me .

After a long poison session, I can't stand it anymore and I confirmed to get 2 amps from them.

So, Below is my humble entry level SQ setup. Please feel free to leave any comment or suggestion that I can made to improve my setup further with minimum cost. (Wallet already bleeding badly)

Hi sifu-sifu, I need help on how to identify the differences between cat5 and cat5e cables in my office. Is there any physical difference between them? or is there any method that I can use to differentiate them? Cables that selling in the market is mostly cat5 right? Correct me if I'm wrong ya.
