i got my old plate number in new motorbike
motor shop will do intechange once i found new car. they said they will do everything from motobike interchange to register the new car processs.

new car found. but dealer insist they will do their part to register the new car.

motor shop ask for new car document to do interchange .

new car dealer dont want give document ( becos they have runner and they will charge me proccessing fee ) and said motorbike shop just do their puspakom on motobike and interchange . after jpj endorsed .
the endorse letter give to new car dealer.
car dealer will register the old car plate to new car.
can this be done ?

Buy the subsale house , first owner did signed DMC with developer . So the 2nd owner still need to sign DMC with the management ?
FYI The property is individual title
Can the 2nd owner refuse to sign DMC and ignore house rules?
