Advise Needed for Desktop component & Pricing

I am looking at the following specs minimum:-

Processor - Intel Core 2 duo
Motherboard - no particular preference. Hopefully something that allow me to do parts upgrade for the next 3-4 years. (Need stability and reliability)
Memory - 4 GB RAM
Display card - 512/1GB card?? I play games on and off. (But not a very very hardcore gamer). Looking for some display card that can be used for the next 2-3 years without upgrade. (Hopefully something less than RM500)
Harddisk - Standard 32 MB SATA
SATA DVDR
Sound card - don't have to be expensive as I am only using the Sonic Gear cheap speaker. (I need to check the model)
Casing - reasonable casing, hopefully not too "fragile" type.
Power supply - A better power supply that can give more than 550W.

Can help to come out with the actual specs and the pricing for this build?
