Hello everyone !

I would like to bring this attention with regards to the Samsung Innov8 8GB that he was selling.

I'm the unlucky buyer for that set which he confidently claimed it is a FMG Warrantied Set.

Let's make this simple :

1) Dealt with him on 15th January 2009. Did examine the unit but that was a quick one due to late at night. As usual, he said if there is any problem, can get to him. Confidently admitted is a FMG set. I believe him.

2) Brought it home and played around with the set. Discovered faults in the software. Could not open MUSIC PLAYER. Could not open mp3 files sent to me via bluetooth. Using the Widget(Horizontal/Vertical View) in Standby but the entire transition is very very laggy. So far no other problems. Not yet check with GPS and Wifi as well.

3) Next day, SMS and Call a few times but no reply from this seller. Three occassions he refused my call.

4) The same day brought the unit to Samsung Service Center to check. Confirmed waterset/singapore set and although there is one small FMG(Void if tampered) sticker. Did not know much about FMG warranty. They seem to afraid to fix my phone for a fee. Fine. I'll try other alternative.

5) SMS the seller again to settle the problem. No reply.

That's all.

Conclusion :

Was my mistake not to check the unit 110% more. Sigh...I don't even know his full name...That was a quick deal.

He is a irresponsible seller. Got problem, he run away. He lied to me about the warranty.

Only information I got is his car number : BKB 9962 Toyota Rush

Internet Connection disconnect consistenly

I'm using Windows XP SP 2.

Currently using Prolink Wireless 801.11G USB. Have been using wireless connection for quite some times but the internet connection keep disconnect very frequently.

I've check with my settings. Getting good signal,etc,etc,etc.

Anyone could figure out what's the problem actually?

LAst week,we negotiate about how to deal whether to COD or POSLAJU and at the end he chooses to bank in and I'll use POSLAJU.

He said will bank in on Monday but and then delaying and delaying.

This guy opened a thread few days ago in Garage Sale,selling SONY PSP STANDARD PACK with the starting bid of RM400 with the ending bid on 29th January 2006 12PM

I bidded the highest which is RM560.

As time flew pass 12PM today,I noticed him that he was online 2 times after 12pm.I did PM him twice reminding him that the bid is over and shall eligible for the purchase.But to no avail,he's not even replying me back.

I'm pissed off with his statement and this wholly proves that he purposely ignore me and waiting for higher offer as the bid should be ended at 12PM.If he forgot,he should reply me as I already PM him TWICE.
