Anybody have any issue getting TAC from maybank on celcom network? i've just ported in from webe last sunday, and found out that i can't accept any TAC from maybank, but i'm able to get normal message from other phone and steam as well

Hi All,

i've just reported to tribunal and have received a mail asking me to go to their office on the 11th of november, and it states that no lawyers are allowed, just want to know if there is anybody who have been thru this before? any advise?

main problem i reported YES was because of intermittent slow connection where the speed may drop to around 8-16kpbs during certain time even when i still have quota, issue reported since december last year, but still unable o solve my issue till now.

Update 10/11: will be going to the tribunal 2moro, update will come after i have the result, wish me luck

Update 11/11: went to the tribunal and lost the case, the reason was because of "fair usage policy" they say that due to it's a "mobile" network thus fluctuating of signal is normal, and with the fair usage policy it's fine, coz the policy never determine the min amount of transfer rate, thus 8kpbs on certain time is acceptable(even after i inform the judge that it's so slow that i can't even load google or yes page, and this is occurring like almost every other day) and the court rejected my claim(ya, i was like WTF mode also, 8kpbs is acceptable, i guess since the fair usage policy didn't imply how slow it can get, so even 1kbps is also acceptable since it's still transmitting?) totally lost faith in our tribunal now....

I've made a complain regarding intermittent slow connection on YES at my area, the report was logged on December and they are unable to settle my issue until now, I've reported to CFM 2-3 months back already, but seems like still no progress, can anybody advise where should I escalate this to?

As per title, currently have a budget of around 1k, can any sifus recommend any good monitor? Don't mind 2nd hand, but at least must have a few months warranty left to make sure everything is still working normally.

i just registered the line today, have tested yes prepaid for a few days and was able to run smoothly, but once gotten the postpaid account, the speed drop to below 1mb, n most of the time page can't load but if i switch back to the prepaid account, it works fine on the same device, am i being con liao?
