Guys, i have a serious problem here..my ex wife didnt pay house loan that under is my name for 15 months..15 months ago, me and her went to lawyer office to sign documents and the lawyer told me everything done dont worry..but yesterday to my horror i went back to the back to apply for car loan, my name kena CTOS delay payment for 15 months..she still staying in the house and she haven answer my call now.. my shoud i do guys?

Hi guys... i just back from Hong kong 3 weeks ago.. One day while walking in Mongkok i came across this small stall selling some electronic garget..they do demo on how to use the garget and i found it very usefull.. after the demo finish, alot of ppl buy that garget... next day i went back to the same stall. Again they are doing demo but this time they are selling different thing but the response still good..so i bought some of the items when when back to do some research and i found out that the garget that they are selling is only worth 20% of the selling price.

So i got this idea..planing to import some of the garget and resell it in pasar malam or pasar pagi.. it think the response will be good cause most of the items they sell is very usefull in real life and its not expensive (maybe rm 10-rm 15 per item) What use guys think? sorry for my bad english....
