Anybody who've purchased from FTEC over Internet?

If anybody wish to purchase anything from FTEC via Internet
let read my story

I've made an order on December 26th 2007 in Maybank2u.net (Maybank2u CyberMall) and till now the item has not arrived me yet. The item is Genius Tablet. The merchant is FTEC.

I've reported to Maybank2u CyberMall customer support twice and thankfully the service is good and when I asked the contact information of FTEC, I got it. However when I send an email to FTEC customer support (j***.l**@ftec.com.my), I got no reply. When I called the company they forwarded me to Mr. J*** L**. Unfortunately, when I called him and asking about item delivery, he ask me to ask call the company. When I
refuse and told him that the company ask me to call him, he told me that "the item has been sent on Wednesday" and disconneted the phone line suddenly.

I feel shocked because this is the first time I experienced such worst customer service. He just told me that the item has been delevered without even asking my name, product and order number. Even he didn't give me a chance to ask back by disconnecting the call.

A day later, I got a call from FTEC Kelantan and said they will investigate the product delivery and will contact me a day later. However after two days, no call received. I called FTEC Kelantan number, but what I got is "The number you have dialled is not in service".

So, anybody who want to purchase from them, just forget your niat.

Maybank2u CyberMall is a great place to shop and provide great customer support but their merchant ruin the good reputation.

the only one i khow is maybankCyberMall
but lack of choice

fyi, I prefer bank transfer payment
because i have no credit card

I usually play offline

Forget about DoTA, I already played them enough
I'm interested in Tower Defense, Hero Defense
Or something else which required less normal micro-management

Anybody there still using RPGMaker
I mean a program to design a simple RPG ny yourself

I know that it is dated now
And rarely use it
But I'm kinda tired of Aurora Tools and other Modding Software
Now looking back to something simple but fully customizable like RPGMaker
