Push notification failed on BB 06.15.00

Hi pals, I need a big help here.

I hope my thread didnt break LYN R&R. I already searched problem regarding iphone push notification. but there's nothing so specific for the solution.

Last month I decided to upgrade my 3gs to 4.2.1 since my phone is at&t locked, i don't have much choice other than upgrading my BB to 06.15.00 using redsn0w. but just last week i realized that push notification didn't work for me at all (im using this feature for IM+, and im sure the notification setting is set to ON).

I tried installing SAM (Subscriber Artificial Module), deactivate using redsn0w 0.9.6b6, deactivate SAM in iphone settings and also tried push doctor frm insanelyi repo. but none of the method works.

I also have phonebook activation simcard to do legit activation through itunes. but surprisingly, it's no longer working for me. I tried to downgrade to 4.0.1 and 3.1.2 but same thing will happen. So I suspect that there's something wrong with BB 06.15.00

Please someone help me. at least share it if somebody having the same problem with baseband 06.15.00....

Push Notifications doesn't work for 3Gs

I am having a problem with my iphone 3GS. After 2 weeks used, I just realized that "notifications" features (Settings -> General -> Notifications) isn't functioning properly. i was using im+ application, but after closing, and when somebody sent me message it wont appear anything unless i manage to open the application again.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
