Wireless adapter question

My laptop Dell N5110 wireless radio switch currently off and unfortunately my laptop keyboard spoilt. So there is no way for me to on back the wireless radio switch. Just wondering if i bought a wireless USB adapter, will it solve my problem that i can't connect to wifi?

Also looking for recommendation on wireless USB adapter if i am using Maxis Fibre 30mbps and the router in on first floor while my room is on second floor.
Budget should be less than RM100.

bypass lan firewall

hihi, currently newbies here.not sure whether i post at the correct place or not.Forgive me if i am not T_T

err,i am now staying in the aparment.They do provide internet service but they block the access of the online game. IS there anyway to bypass this firewall to gain access to the online game?
