should i resign before geeting a job offer?

i need advices and suggestions,urgently!!!
currently i'm facing a dilemma situation(at least for me)
I'm a fresh grad and i got my first job 1.5 month ago, but it just turn out not the way i think
the job role, the salary, the colleagues there...
i just don't feel right about it and i don't see the my future in that company(just 2 persons in so called mkt department,me and my supervisor,oh god!!!!)
some more, i do feel like being underestimated and i believe i can take more responsiblity
so i'm thinking of resigning and get a new job
but the question is should i resign before getting a job offer on hand?
i said so because my supervisor and my boss show me shit face and tell me shit things whenever i applied for leave(only twice)
it will be difficult for me if i have to apply for leave in the future for attending interview
therefore, i think of resigning first, then start my job hunting again

but another question comes to my mind: "is it too risky for me to do so?"

i really need some advices and suggestions

should i take my chance?

thankz
