Questions: About MacBook Pro's Battery

i just got my new MacBook Pro, 13'3 for not more than 1 week.
I have some questions, about the battery.

normally, i use the MacBook Pro at home for whole day.
can i just connect the Magsafe power adapter together with the MacBook Pro for the whole day? will this damage the battery?

do i need disconnect the adapter when the battery is fully charged??

Accouting,Finance,Logistic management

I have just completed my Diploma In Business Admin.
and now is time to consider what should i choose for my degree course.
i am struggling with these 3 course.

i find Logistic management is new and might hv a bright future in Malaysia.

however, my lecturer has told me that,degree in accouting or finance will be more useful.
he told me, if i really interested in Logistic industry, Degree in Accouting can be useful and can be applied in logistic industry as well.
however,degree in Logistic Management can not be applied or not so useful in others industry beside logistic industry.

anyway, i am really interested with logistic industry, but i'm afraid of the course can't help me much in my future.
bcoz, i think of accouting or finance will be useful in almost every industry that related to business.
but, logistic management is not.
so, i hope to collect some information here that might help me to make decision.

Which do u all think is better??any comment about those courses? pls tell me.
pls do help me to make a poll.
