I am a 25 Y/O with 80k savings. Looking for ways to investment. Need some advice or insights.

I do not own a house, currently staying with my family in KL.

I am thinking of getting a house next year, pay the down payment and then suffer like mad with a low basic

Hello,

I am currently 23 and my results will be out on May this year. I am not planning to pursue my job in the communications industry.

At the moment I am looking for sales job but I am very undecided and unsure of what I want as a sales job.
I am looking into medical sales for the time being because i's a lucrative industry. Not all sales position requires
science background therefore I am eligible for most of the posts available. I feel that I will be sticking onto looking
for one in the medical line for the time being.

However, I am still open to other options. I am wondering if any of the forumers here have any advice for me as
to selecting an industry for this sales position. Perhaps there are employers reading this and would like to hire ? hehe.
I am eager to start, and I believe with the right guide and training I will be on my way to pursue my goals and the
company's targets too.

Could you guys kindly let me know other industries that I could get into? Thanks.

Blurry Graphics

Hello guys,

I am having this problem with my graphics. So far, it has been affecting ALL games that I've played. Starcraft II, Diablo III and Dead Space 3.

Description of the Problem
- Graphics appear to be smudged and not in HD on certain parts
- No FPS drop or screen tearing or lag

* The only problem is only the graphic smudge. some background images will appear jagged and pixellated while others are fine

i am currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies. I will graduate soon by the end of this year at the age of 22. Now that i am about done i find no interest to work in the media field. Instead i am looking forward to Sales jobs as the bonuses and incentives are good, i am aware of the hard work required too.

can you guys list down some sales job that are available now? Insurance, medical supplies, cars etc ... perhaps you could provide me with some info regarding the job too. i am still new to 'researching' this so i hope i don give the impression of spamming the forum lazily just to fish some info. i will be consulting my lecturers and friends who are working soon.

Casing Fan stopped working

hmm guys i wonder why is my casing fan not working. the lights on the fan are on but it wont work. could it be due to power supply? my power supply is faulty .... sometimes it makes weird noises and sometimes it barely functions .. wtf ... any ideas? CPU fan is fine .., checked for dust - all ok. but one of them are really hot, overheating?

guys, i am 21. well lets just say alcohol does miracles to the head ... lol i understand the effects of it... brain damage, fatty liver and all sort of other ill effects.

i find myself ... liking it. i don drink till i puke, just a bit drowsy and i stop. am i addicted? ive been going thru some problems lately, i have friends to hang out with but at night .. some how alcohol does the best lol
i am not exactly EMO or depressed ..

i drink 175ml of hard liquor mixed with soft drinks when i do. and i stop. i drink ... like ... 2-3 times in a week. each time 175ml. is that too much? ive never made myself feel like crap in the next morning. just a little mouth dry ..

Crysis 2 - Processor

when i run crysis 2, few minutes into the game and my processor starts heating up, juz now i monitored it, it went up till 85 C, i guess that explains all the auto show downs i experienced before that. other games are fine, just crysis 2. it ran smoothly on HARDCORE system settings. even when lowered, it still shuts down.

guys, before i start i wanna say that i am a TOTAL NEWBIE.

i can do very simple photoshop stuff but wad i really wanna ask here is - how to convert a photoshop file into the website, making every buttons and links work. if i m not mistaken. blogspot allows this 'coding' too. if i come out wif a design, is it possible to upload it to my blogspot with the proper codes? gosh if there's anyone that can give me a step by step of what i should do (general stuff) that would be great!

PC Auto Shuts down ...

i have this problem since yesterday. when i am playing Starcraft 2, i alt tabbed out and it auto shuts down. then figured that it might be some freaky error and can be neglected, i went on to restart and play again, - Shuts down again after minutes into playing the game.

i tried the bug fixed provided by Blizzard.com where i cap the framerate. Still happening. Lowered graphics setting - still happening.

But it is fine if i leave the pc on without gaming or normal browsing. anyone has any idea what is going on?
