How-to Connect Telephone Pole Cable to house

Tmnet concluded the static noise on my phone line is due to bad internal phone wiring,

so the solution suggested is to replace the old telephone wiring from the telephone pole just right outside my house to a new set of phone cable running to the wall jack.

hmm, how to connect the black telephone pole cable (with 3 different black wire) to the telephone cable (with 4 color wire in it i.e. Blue,Red,White,White) that connected to the house wall jack??

i m thinking to join the one of the black pole cable with the red and white by twisting all 3 together, and then join another black pole cable with blue and white, not sure if this is the best configuration.

p.s. i hav tried 4 different adsl micro filter and had the wall jack replaced still no luck, the line still very noisy n causes frequent disconnection n slow speed.
