hi guys, this my currently system

psu : avf ps450-f1v2
proc : AMD Athlon 64 X2 2.0GHz
mobo : ASUS M2A-VM
RAM : 2gb DDR2 800MHz
GPU : Sapphire Radeon HD 4670

i want to ask can i upgrade my dekstop for a better gaming?
i think better gpu and faster ram?
i want add a new lcd monitor and my budget is around 1k-1.5k
