Unable to sync phone with Zune

Hi guys,

I have zune installed on my pc which I used for a long time to sync media with my Zune HD without problems.

Now that i have bought a Lumia 710, I am unable to sync the phone with zune. I can't even log into my windows phone live ID (created a new live ID specifically for the phone as previously i was just using a live passport) on the zune software.

Even going to the zune.net website, logging in will just direct me to a "page unavailable" page.

Anyone facing the same problem?

Would be great if someone can provide me with an e-mail address for MS support as whenever i go to MS zune support page, i'll get the "page unavailable" error page. Happens with XBOX website as well.

Great phone, great zune hd, but this ID problem suck balls big time.

[addedon]March 3, 2012, 1:29 am[/addedon]so i tried resetting my phone, creating a few dummy US and MY live ID to test. Both dummy ID are able to sign into ZUNE as I have created a Zune ID when i go to Zune.net right after creating the dummy accounts in Live.com.

So I believe this is a problem with my MY LIVE ID which have its xbox gamertag/zune account set to malaysia as its country (auto created i guess when i browsed and commented on apps via the phone. they gave me player390458398567xawer gamertag); in which there are no such service in Malaysia yet.

and after a few resets, I thought that creating a different country ID is too much a hassle and I'd just use my primary LIVE ID. After resetting the phone for the final time, I logged into my malaysian LIVE ID, and now I am unable to browse the marketplace at all! (Marketplace is not available in your country/region). Before, I was able to browse and buy apps from the malaysia marketplace without problem.

Weird stuffs going on here.

[addedon]March 5, 2012, 10:43 pm[/addedon]Managed to get Malaysia Marketplace working again by resetting the phone and NOT entering the LIVE id at boot. I skip the setup process first and run the marketplace first which lets me use and download apps from Malaysia marketplace without problem.

Still having problem to sync with zune though. No updating the phone or synchronizing media for me i guess

Serena:

Unidentified phone but sure looks like a Blackberry from the logo it is said that serena is using a BB Torch.

Well we know Nate's been using a MS Kin (Nate's Kin source) and a Motorola Droid (Nate's Droid source).
