Android Tablet PC - Touch point keyboard

Hi,
Some of the keyboard's key not function when we touch/press it in Android tablet PC.
Affected key is "W" key. Then I do marking that touch point position of "W" key.
Then go back to the menu apps. The icon which inside the point position able to touch and it respose.
I have do factory default, but the problem persisting.
Please advice.

Is it possible to download android apps to pc, office or friend pc without wifi then transfer it to tablet? What suggested webbsite to download too?

I want to find is there any way to solve the problem All programs and desktop shortcut file has changed to .lnk file with Microsoft Office Outlook icon. open with function was disable. I have scanning the virus, but nothing found.

This happen only in my user profile, if i open others user profile there is no problem.

Is it possible to connet VPN site-to-site with different private IP subnet classes.
Fortigate product.
Eg: Site A - Class A=10.0.0.0, Site B=192.168.0.0 (tunnel build between)
Is the connection clash between the subnet?

Hi, anyone know about the software that can check internet connection or network connection still alive or disconnect how many time, when it happen,
Let say, if on leave about 3 days. then came back after it, want to check the connection history.. I know like ping or router log file can check it, also can do continous ping; ping -t, but any software that we check or monitoring our network connection still alive or disconnect.

Network IP manual setting

The problem about my pc Network setting. Window XP... After set the ip address, subnet and default gateway manualLY, which select " use the following IP address" than.. check it using IP config,, it shown the IP config.. When open the TCP/IP setting the IP address, not appear, which it in Obtain IP automatically... There is no DHCP server on in my router....
problem is,,, despite set it to mannualy,, after apply setting,, then want to check setting again the selection in "Obtain IP automatically". But it CMD if config still have what private ip information that i configure in previous. I do no how to fix it?

Battery and Power

I have HP Compaq Presario V3000 laptop, as i check problem is the power adapter no always supply the power to the or battery pc. And the warning of "LOW Battery" will appear about 5 seconds sequences. When i unplug the power. There is no problem with battery only. Haven't change adapter yet? But if i use only battery, the power limit might be reach the time... My concerned, do you people have face this kind of problem before? How to fix it?

My Windows XP can't enter in safe mode, then my friend told me that should try do, at normal windows,, start>run>(type)msconfig>BOOT.INI>mark safeboot.... after that i restart... After press F8, I choose safe mode, but it still not function,, then i when i want to enter normal windows it can't work already.. All mode can't enter after that,, How can i solve this problem?

IP Camera no sound

I have one unit of the BL-C111 install in my house connect to my PC. During live view by Network Camera Recorder there have a sound from speaker, no problem... But the problem is when do playback after recording, the speaker icon and sound was not defined.. I do know what probably cause of this,, anyone know about panasonic ip cam..?

What device brand can support up to 50 virtual server or port forwarding, means maximum number of port forwarding.

example: service no 1 - server IP 192.168.1.2 - port -80
service no 2 - servver IP 192.168.1.3 - port ( user defined)
service no 3 - server IP 192.168.1.5 - port - 23

then up to 50 number of service.....
