I planing to build a new wet kitchen in my corner unit property. just wonder how much the renovation extension cost.

1. New kitchen area size 24 X 10
2. Concrete roof top
3. Floor and wall tiling (prefer - local tiles)
4. 3 X 7 exit solid wooden door and frame
5. 2 X Windows - 5.5' X6' and 6'X4'
6. 5 X power point
7. 2 X Fan point
8. Water basin point
9. Kitchen Cabinet not required

Tenancy scams

Hi Sifu,

My sister is cheated by the agent and new tenant last week. During the VP, She handed over her property key without wait for the security deposit clearance in the bank. Now agent and tenant don't pick up call and difficult to locate them. I suspect they may sub-renting to another renter and run away with deposit.

Beside just make a polis report of fraud immediately, what other thing my sister can do.

your advice is appreciated

Anyone know how much is the market value for Nissan Sentra 1.8 Auto year 2002, consider well maintain and condition reasonable good, car mileage about 150000 KM. Friend relative want to let go his car in Jan or Feb 2015, which expect his new car arrive around end Jan 2015. hope to get some feedback from forumer here.

My nephew got quite good result for his 2007 SPM. 9A1, but BM is B3. do you think non bumi can get JPA scholarship ?
Checked petronas scholarship requirement - BM must be at least A2. is UTP conduct all their courses in bahasa ?

relative sold my vehicle without inform me

Hi, I need your opinion here.

my old mazda 323 - years 1983 was sold by my very close relative without inform me.
I let him use my mazda car since 7 yrs ago and for the return, he actually help me to renew the car roadtax and 3rd party insurance ,
for convienience reason of roadtax renew, so I let him to have my the car registration and photocopy of IC and during this CNY meet up, he told me he sold my car for 1.3K. now, the worse thing is he don't even know who is actually bought my car and he only know the new car onwer is a malay car foreman who live in Termorloh, pahang occasionaly visit his uncle in gombak. he told me, he signed the transfer document of behalf on me and now I really worry, the new owner did not do any car ownership transfer.

Installation Mandrake in server

I try to install mandrakelinux 10.2 by rebooting the server using Mandrake bootup CD and my installation is in another USB external Harddrive. The boot up is able to detect the USB hard drive through the third party module.
However, it keep telling me the message cannot mount the device when I tried to click on it. Pls help... TIA
