but,my problem is,the cd/dvd drive wont load the cd installation.what can i do to fix it.
for your info,i want upgrade my xp to vista.
does my document will be lost or it would stay inside the disk?
anyone,,please help me..

I have a BenQ S32B Joybook..my prob is,during installation of Xp..it gets stuck and i cant do anything except take out the power from it..
what happen is,when i try to delete the partition/format it for new installation,it appear like no reaction at all..
i'm new bout computers especially laptop..tq guys..

extra info : if i tried to modify window without formatting/delete the partition,the installation runs smoothly..
the probs just occured when i tried to format/delete/add the partition of my disk..
