Details of the complaint : The buyer called me the next day afternoon and claimed the phone was having display issue. I agreed to refund to the buyer as requested by the buyer (the phone is still under SIS warranty anyway). By right the buyer has to return the phone with box , charger (samsung) and two casings. But the charger was went missing in the bag that the buyer passed to me when meetup. I admit I am half guilty for not checking properly before refunding. I called and smsed the buyer several times and the buyer promised to return but until now I still haven't received it from the buyer.

Hope this thread will get his attention.
