Should i sell my house or keep it

My mum giving one of her property to me. It is a single storey bunglow in ulu yam. She bought it at 65k many years back and fully paid off. Current value of the house is RM350k. Currently it is rented at rm600 per month. She doest care if i want to sell it or give rental. As it is mine now. I have house of my own also

1) should i sell it, and put max amount money at asb and use the rest to settle my own house loan?

2) or should i keep it . Give it rental? The current tenant already 10 years rent it. The current tenant is shit actually. Pay the rent when he want to, sometime not pay even full amount. I just found out bout this,My mum kind of soft hearted. So she just close one eye. If i want to rent it to some else, i need to fork out some money for repair.

What should i do? Tq

Hi,

i wanted to buy my aunt bb bold. her set is from celcom. I'm currently using maxis prepaid. my concern is

1) will their be any problem with changing the telco line?

2) can i subscribe to hotlink bis plan and using on this bb?

3) how can i get the pin? i heard by having the pin i can use the bb messenger( something i heard that u can chat with other bb user)

4) please tell me what problem or conflict can i expect?
