Which Telco (mobile and broadband) allow / disallow p2p/bit torrent.

i am using Maxis mobile, it blocked all p2p.

so, i want to compile a list. which telco can/cannot/conditional for p2p.

my tenant stayed 2 yrs, and want to continue.
our contract is 1+ 1.

So, my question is ... Must I need to redo a tenancy agreement by agent?

if i do nothing, am i protected by law as the old contract?
if i have to to renew the contract, can i just copy the old contact, modify the date, and go post office to stamp, without involve agents.
if it has to be involve agents, can it be charged cheaper (less than 1 month rental).

loose tile

some floor tiles in my home are loose.

any contractor can fix it, (without replace the tile)

i find on internet, there is some 'glue' can fix it, such as one called 'fix-a-floor'

where can i find it in Malaysia? any contractor/specialist can do this?

When developer delivery Key, if it is very bad, can i reject?

in normal case, we can list down the 'minor defect' and report to developer, and 'wait' them to fix.

but, if it is very bad, or some fundamental problem, such as one wall is missing or the size of the unit is not match with SNP. can i reject the key? or have to accept it and law sue later?

(same question for 2nd properties)

IF we can reject, can we claim developer delay penalty, until the unit is acceptable.

which kinds of investment need to pay income tax?

if i earn from rental, i need to pay income tax, right?
if i earn from FD, i no need to pay income tax, right?

here is the list I think, please correct it if it is wrong.

I had a house loan with MRTA at UOB, (the MRTA is from Uni Asia life Assurance).

Later, I refinanced to other bank, and i received a letter form Uni Asia Life said that UOB is no longer insurable interested.

I did not request refund for the unused MRTA. I want to ask whether the coverage is still continue.

I mean, if i die now, will Uni Asia life Assurance pay me (my inheritor) the amount.

we know that if booked a new project (under construction); before signing S&P, you can get back the booking fee (minus some admin fee).

how about AFTER signed S&P, can we cancel booking, get back the booking fee?

says,

there is a bank approved loan. 90%, everything fine. buyer signed S&P, and loan contract.

then, due to some reason, suddenly, bank says only approve 80%.

And i do not want to paid 10% more for deposit.

So, how's the case will go in?

I am a foreigner. I am buying a under construct condo. (over 500k, residential)
paid deposit.
loan approved.
opened loan bank account.

arranging time with lawyer to sign S&P and loan contract....

then, suddenly, lawyer through the agent call me, i need to get one 'consent' for 'land office'

What is this? where and how to get it?

I also bought a condo at 2005, during that time, i only signed one declaration letter to state that I have not own more than 3 house... but, never sign any consent... is it new rule?

commission for properties agent, stamp, lawyer....

and how to calculate? by transaction or related to the rental price of apartment?

normally, we make rental agreement in 2years. if the same tenant continue to rent. do i need to pay any cost again?

my 4mb combo has been setted to 2m a week ago. (my story is told in other post, i dont repeat).

the technican said that due to some "upgrade??". all line in the area is set to default setting, that is 2M.

and they will go to fix it one-by-one ON REQUEST.

So, open the modem setup menu, check whether your modem downlink is correct or not. or just do the steamyx speedotest.

when the technician came to my house, his hand got a pile of order for exactly same case.

i chatted with him, i asked him, then why he need to came to my house, he already know what is going wrong, and nothing can do in my house. just waste his time and my time...... of course, he is just a poor guy under TM stupid administration... he cannot do nothing, and just smile and say nothing.

if you found you dont have 4M, need to call them. no need to tell them what is going on, they knew that, but, they insist send the technician to your home, just wait and see lah.

(if your are 1m or 1/2 m package user, and found it is 2m.... then i dont know what to do lah).

my 4mb combo is wrong capped to 2mb.
I sure it. because i open the modem setup page and it shows 2mb downlink.

I called tm, and told them so......
but, they refused to fix it right away. they insist send me the technician to my house.

So, i want to know,
1) the reason of wrong capped? it is ok before, who did change it?
2) how to fix it, i mean technically. can customer service operator do it? need technican to go to station? need technician to come to my home?

Problem description:
My 4MB combo only have 1.8M in speedotest.
I use browser to show the modem config page.

it shows downlink 2041, (it showed 4096 before, when it was ok).

can i fix it by myself? i found no page to set the downlink setting.
