PHP link problem

I have a problem displaying links for my PHP

CODE

while ($row = mysql_fetch_array ($result)) {

when sent, example if the while loop email in DB is at row 4, it displays 4 links starting from the 1st to the 4th.
anyone can help me regarding this ?

I have a few emails set up in my DB to be sent.
all valid except for one.. one email i wrote an invalid email...
trying to count how many fail and success emails sent...
but counted all success even the one invalid email...

Hello,

I am stuck at this. I am trying to upload an Attachment but when send the email goes through but the users do not get the attachment.
but when i try to put something like :
$mail->AddAttachment('example.doc');

the users will get the attachment but that is doing manually on code.
i want to attach files via html that will send to the users.
anyone able to help me

im trying to use php , mysql and localhost to send a mail.
is that possible? as i keep getting the error:

Data not passed on User Login

Hye sifus,

am still learning through this via youtube videos,
so far when my user logs in, UserID is suppose to be 1 but it gets 0, meaning data was not passed.
can anyone help me see what is wrong.
