How to buy used car & only do name transfer after.

Let say I intend to buy an used, worn out car and do restoration/repair on it that may tk a few months. What should get from the seller now since I would only do the name transfer after the restoration has been succeeded? Will be paying the seller in full cash.

hi,
Hv been using Asrock H81 mobo for 1 yr plus only , one of the PS2 ports suddenly not working(all other part no problem). Though of warranty claim since i intend to use my existing rig for next several yrs. Now what I need to consider if I am sending mobo for claim:
1) Asrock will replace me a new mobo? No mobo repair nowaday?

2) Need use pc daily. Though of getting a new mobo and sell off the claimed mobo since claim will tk sometime. What reliable mobo to get for long term use? Asus, Gigabyte or MSI?

3) Any better suggestion for running pc while out of mobo during claim?

Hi Sifus,
This is the cheapest Low end PSU I can find.
Thermatake Lite 450w
Using for office PC without dedicated graphic card.
PSU price abt rm135.
Initially , I try find Antec VP400W but can't find in my area.

Is there Anymore more cheaper alternative? No cap ayam type pls.

I hv streamyx but slow. No plan to upgrade home broadband.
Thinking of tethering hp to pc. What simple n effective device I shd use?
May i know what device i can use to tethering my hp's 3G/4G to my deskstop pc?
My PC got USB 3.0 & 2.0 ports and connected to modem TD-W8970 via Lan.

Pls recommend me Simple but effective device will do. prefer TP link, Asus. TQ

hi all,
I mainly using it for long hours web browsing, MS office texting, youtube, watching movie,....Zero gaming.
MOBO i am getting is low end H81M-HDS Asrock, + 4g ram., 1tb hdd, dvd writer....
Not going to do OC.

Intel G3258 and I3-4150 price difference is abt rm150. If there is significant difference in performance, off coz i would spend the rm150. If not much difference, then better save the rm150.

considering my usage, which one shd I go? why?

Looking for something comfort/less strain to my eyes, what i am considering are Dell S2415H (rm759 for this IPS) , Acer G247HL (rm546 for this VA panel). Other alternative r welcome but shd not cost more than the dell.

considering my usage, less strain on eyes for long hours use ,product quality and price worthiness which one shd I go? why?

I come across this Interesting Comparison Study done by VW (India), Polo sedan(Vento) vs Honda City.
Although it is almost irrelevant on the VW side (since bolehland don't get TSi and turbo diesel), it tells how backward our automotive industry is as compare to India .
