Tenant Problem

Hi, seeking some advice on some next steps for my tenant. I am currently renting out my house to this family, and while they have been paying the rental, but I noticed they have not been paying the utility bills on time.

Realising my mistake, I started following up with them since last month on when they will also pay up their utility bills (it was around RM2000), which they said this month they will clear it off.

Now come to October, they said they are unable to pay and can only do so by the following month - November.

In this case, I agree that November is the date, but if they are unable to pay they have to move out. What do I need to do to get them to move out of the house? I have been sending SMS reminders and also registered letters to the house. What is my next step if they are unable to pay? Quite newbie on this, seeking some advice on how to go about. Thanks in advance

[WTS] Yonex Racquets - Voltric 70 + ZForce 2 LCW

Hi All,

Wanting to sell off 2 racquets, both are original with receipt from AJ Sports Mart:
1) Yonex Voltric 70 3UG5 - RM250 (warranty till about September 2015)
2) Yonex Voltric Z-Force 2 LCW edition 3UG5 - RM500 (warranty till about March 2015)

Note 1: The ZForce 2 LCW was a warranty replacement for the original non-LCW edition that I had earlier, so from there probably a few months more warranty left (they told me 2-3 months after receipt). But good as new.

Note 2: For the Z-Force 2, I would not mind trading in with a 4UG5 version, though I will want a receipt for it as well (with or without warranty).

Condition: Voltric 70 has a little chip, but Z-Force 2 is brand new

Reason for selling: Too heavy

Reset switch replacement

Hi All,

I'm using a Lian-Li casing (can't really recall the casing model). Some time ago my computer reset switched was damaged along with my motherboard, and now I had to use a temporary switch for the reset function (though rarely use these day). I tried searching Lian-Li's website on the accessories page, hoping that they might be selling.

But it seems that they don't sell my type of switch that came with the casing so that's where I would like to seek advise / guidance on where else can I get these type of switch. I have attached the picture of the switch here, hopefully someone can help me out on this. Thanks.
